Horse shoe plate bolts

What size and length are they? I bought mine 2nd hand but didn't get bolts with them. I have fitted 2 in but they are too short, can't remember the size either.

ive just brought a new horse shoe plate kit (not fitted them yet) and the bolts ive got are 22mm spanner head, 50mm long thread.

Won't they be M14x1.5?
