i made one of these to assist getting my hub nuts undone you can club it with a lump hammer and also put a piece of box or tube over it for more leverage,cnc cut out of 10mm steel can supply a 46mm version or a 36mm version or i can cut you any size you want.

got one of these from dubs at castle - real nice bit of kit -it travels in my van with me now so if i need to get hub off gonna get me out of trouble , travel aroung europe (or anywhere) i have peace of mind i can do my hub nuts up !

I now drive around with one of these in case something happens.
