We had a day and a half of light rain in 2 weeks and even that surprised the locals.
If you can find some of thoses vans I'll be surprised, we drove some random roads in the search for old cars. On the raining day we had nothing better to do.
If you see the white Renault 4 in a hedge south of Faliriaki the old pick up is in the field behind it but watch out for the Dogs, its on a short chain but reaches the end of it quickly!!
If you want a nice beach go to Agathi, nice sand, good snorkelling and free parking.
