Had a boring day at school, ( i am 37), been thinking about all day going home to play with me crosser van that is.

A dutch guy at VF told me that crossovers used up all of the old bits in the factory, so its was known for some vans to have early bumpers on the front and late on the rear.
Mine has wrap bumpers, high inicators, fixed rear valance, no inspection cover over the engine, and had 1 year only front wings, changed to early ones, it was eaiser.

Could be an EB COP (Cross Over Posse).

According to my mechanic we also have 'the bloody awkward brakes'. I think it is the front but i'm not sure. Something to do with callipers and stub axles. Also the rear bumper brackets are different.

I thought the high indicators only came in conjunction with the deformation panel etc...on 73 onwards...

Unless the front panels been swapped out due to crash damage/rust when the late front is only available as a repair unfortunately......

But then it wouldnt be the first time i was wrong and certainly not the last....

any pics of yer bus?

M codes etc....
always interesting to see the differences around and many of them there are too....

Seen a few around now with high indicators. when bodyshop did repairs to the van last winter, he was sure it was the original front on it.

I am also in the "Downunder pimped up lowered blinged 71 panel" (notice there is no plural...yet) sub group of the original sub group the PVP, which is very exclusive. Our AGM is held in the front seat of a splitty single cab and there is still room to "bring a friend" and the Esky.
