I have a part restored 71 crossover Bay and I have some confusion over the ignition wiring. The ignition wiring has been replaced with a 4 wire switch. which looks to be incorrect as the ignition is permanently live and I have a black wire that isn't connected. I'm guessing the wrong ignition switch was fitted, as when I connected the black wire is started to burn out. When I look at C&C they only list one type but GSF list a various. Which one is correct??
Model Year Part No Price

I've answered this elsewhere. :)

I've got the same ignition switch and the black cable is spare. The ignition does have a permanent feed.

Mine's no. 22
