Adrian flux are asking for an independant valuation this year on my bay, didnt last year so dont know why they want one this year, something was mentioned because its valued at more than 7k but I had it aggreed twice that last year with no independant valuation, anyway....

where (if at all) can I get this done locally (norfolk) for a few pennies??
