My Indicator stalk goes to the left just fine but the other day seized up when trying to indicate right.....
Won't go to the right under normal pressure but will go there if I give it a wack!

Now the whole unit is moving around the steering column :(

Can this be fixed.....

Any helpful advice greatly appreciated

Spence

Mine did the same - it was very stiff and locked up on occasion
I removed the two small screws that hold the indicator unit to the steering column and popped the unit off - although I kept it wired up.

It was full of clag and old muck - bit of wd40 and gentle cleaning with a small bladed screwdriver and some exercising and it has been good as new since!

Maybe give that a try? :D

could hardly turn mine when i took it for first mot, striped it, cleaned it and sprayed copper slip in it and not had a problem since and that was nearly 3 years ago now

I agree with what has been said. Open it up and give it a good clean. Make sure that you tighten screws well to secure the indicator unit to the steering column. One screw will not hold it in place.
