Inlet Manifold Gasket, Paper or Metal

Whats conventional wisdom on these Gaskets, should I fit new metal ones or go with paper, I have an air leak so they need changing...

Oooo interesting I've used both myself and had problems with both I've settled with good quality card ones with blue crank case sealant not had a problem since !!

Quality paper, if you really are stick then some silicone sealant in the groove of the metal ones may help them seal better. Just a small bead around the groove and leave to dry before fitting.
