Hey all

As the splits taking a while and i can't bring myself to part with it i'm keeping the bay :D got some plans for it e.g new engine and a tidy up of window seals etc.

Just had my insurance renewal through £219 for the year. About right? Sureterm direct.
Problem is this year it'll have changed a bit..will be 1641 with twin Webbers and hit with the lowering stick :lol:

I'm 28, 2nd car, garaged and live in a decent area, got 4yrs no claims (had no bumps etc in the past- had company cars hence 4 yrs)

Whats other peoples like?
 
Sounds ok to me.Paying about 200 quid a year on a 70 Deluxe lhd myself.
Im 34 with no history of convictions accidents etc... :mrgreen:

Just renewed mine with Sureterm,
£226 including £20 legal cover,fully comp, 6000 miles, guarenteed value £4.5k.
No, No claims as it is a 3rd car.
I'm 33 and also have the wife as a named driver, parked on the drive No Mods (yet!)

How?..! Thought it was about right need to let them know of the mods but the lower mileage for next year, was on 6000 but will be 3000 this time

I'm also 28, have a 1641 with twin webers, but not lowered. 2nd car, on garaged in decent area, nil no claims and 1st time insuring 2nd car and I haven't had my own insurance for over 3 years as had company car.

Paid £196 fully comp with Footman James (which they reduced to from over £50 in a bidding war).

Will have to adjust the insurance this year as I insured before putting the webers on and I no longer keep it where I claimed - but I should have 1 year no claims by then!
