Knocking sound?

I noticed a knocking when driven over uneven surfaces coming from the offside front under the seat, ive not investigated yet but any pointers? sounds as if something is loose :?:

Theres so much under there that could make general knocking sounds need to stickn your head under with a good torch and rummage around for loose or damaged/worn bits. Pics for the guys would help as well.
