If I join a VW owners club will it lower my insurance? I sure someone told me that you get a discount.

With cherished being a member of EarlyBay.com was enough to get a discount. Another benefit of being on here! It goes without saying that you need to ring around. Mine varied from £150 to nearly £300 for the same cover.

I recommend you read the policy, this is what you pay for....

When it goes tits up you'll wish you'd have paid that extra few quid. I'm not say cheapest isn't best just know what you are or more importantly what you aren't covered for.

Policies differ so much.....

It might be worth checking out defacto, the might provide a comparison.

I might do one, I'll need copies of all various insurers policies though

Should have said this included breakdown and the cover was generally the same although did have some minor differences.
