ive just bought a 1970 bay which has lpg fitted the gas tank is under front bench seat its not connected at moment and i was wondering if its worth reinstating it cheers Glenn

My first van Had lpg fitted, I didn't have any issues other than it had to turn over a few more times when starting on gas compared with petrol. I was also going to take a feed off it to run the hob on so I didn't have a normal gas bottle as well, but I sold it and got the van I have now.

Had the bug on LPG, it was fine. A little less power, but a cool "whoosh" noise when filling up. I'd use it if I were you, it's certainly cheaper.
