Mechanic Recommendations near Hereford

Hi Everyone,

Our camper (T2 '72 Dormobile) is based just north of Hereford and we're looking to get it serviced ahead of the summer. We've previously used mechanics who aren't VW specialists, and whilst the bus is running we'd quite like someone with working knowledge of air-cooled engines to look over it for our peace of mind.

We've come across a few good recommendations down in Bristol but we're hoping to find someone a bit closer to us.

Hi guys, it would seem that we’re the hub of the VW universe in Bristol and are well catered for. Have you tried Graham at. Midland Earlybay as he comes very highly recommended and he’s just up from you.

There is Adrian at (Symonds Yat ish) Whitchurch MOT Centre who is nearer to you, he serviced my van a couple of years back before a big road trip

That could be Lee at Manflowers.... tuther side of Evesham to Hereford. Top chap, knows his onions and looks after mine.

Thanks everyone! We’re hoping to get to Midland Earlybay later in the year, if not then we’ll keep the rest in mind. But for now the bus gets us from A to B albeit at a very leisurely pace. Hopefully she’ll be alright for a trip to Wales in July!
