Does anybody have one?

I've looked on vintagebus etc before anyone says, I'm after a mid 68 wiring diagram that has the 3 pin flasher unit.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that early 68 is 9 pin flasher and late 68 is 4 pin (although I may be getting confused with type1 there)

Anyway I've got a 3 pin flasher unit and can't find a 68 diagram for it?

No three pin flasher unit not relay, 211 593 215A (later 4 pins I believe are 211 593 215C)

3 pin flasher unit screws to the plate holding the steering column.

I found a little bit of information here

http://www.airheadparts.com//flasher-info-(68-1-2-70)

But think this is referring to bugs/ghai's however it's the same unit. They state there is a proper diagram in the Bentley manual hence me asking here.

I also have the Bentley manuals here but sadly it's poor quality and you can't read the wiring diagrams very well.

And after flicking through the vintagebus site I found a 70/71 USA diagram that shows a 3 pin flasher,

So I think I'm just confusing myself

I think you're right, two different wiring in '68. Found on thesamba under technical section. (to VIN# 2x8098285)

And from VIN# 2x8098286 through 1970

I have a January 68 and had a heck of a time finding the right diagram ... don't think I ever did actually. There's a difference between US and Euro wiring diagrams too. I found these helpful and kept them. Not sure for exactly which components, but hope they help.

I used the two previous diagrams for early bays but found my Euro wiring is more similar to this ...

Or was it this one?

... and its legend ...
