are these shifters handed? are they any good? i have any empi at the mo , Will there be an improvement?

I don't believe they are handed as its a straight bar from bottom to top. Checked adverts for new ones and no mention of LHD/RHD. These are by no means Berg shifters but the general opinion is that they are much better than an Empi version.
