We're quite lucky really, we are currently fixed at 4.99% (until Jan 2011) and only pay just over £500 a month. Come re-mortgage time we will have a LTV of about 50% so hopefully will be in a good position.

The problem i have is its the wife trying to spend the money on my (our) hobby :lol:
