Hi,

Took the old girl for a test today and she failed  .

N/S brake system leaking - brake cylinder at fault , so new one and new shoes ordered !

Windscreen washer provides insufficient liquid - air pressure valve leaking !

Front (both) headlights have poor beam image - ?????????

Kinda stuck on this one, I have played with both adjusting screws and nothing much happens, Has anyone come across this before ? Do I need new headlights ?

Thanks in advance :)

Yeah got halogens already !

Got to be worth cleaning the reflectors or buying new ones, cheaper than a new set of headlights.

Cheers :D

Thanks for your imput guys :) ,

Took the headlights apart, cleaned the reflectors and lenses, I noticed the reflectors were set tilting forward, so squared them up and refit them back in the bus.

Did the other bits and took it back for a retest, and she sailed through :D .

The tester said the lights were loads better, but advised the reflectors could do with changing sometime soon !

Cheers
