I saw the title of the thread though and shed a little tear, i wish mine was no home, 7 to 8 months and still no signs of a prompt return :cry:

its not an extra catch its a little electric socket. not sure what for but thought i would refit just for curiosity sake..lol

8) well quick update .

Jackson is now finished . Passed mot . Looks real good if i do say so .will update on pics etc later . We are now on route to deliver him to the new owners . This is the second attempt as first didn't go to well due to 2 plug leads breaking down . The joys of classic Vdubs .

PS: Book yourself 2-weeks off for the refit of my bus... in 2012... when/if :lol: it's back from bodyshop 8)
