Little bit more done today,

all interior panels are being handmade without templates..

made the one behind the wardrobe that goes over the window to hold the curtain up, then both panels for the long side. All are made with 3mm ply, then given a coat of matt varnish. Then fitted the wardrobe in and offered up the rock and roll bottom.

Great progress there Jon , interested in how ply panels are fixed to the van as i will be doing this to my Panel Van very soon . Sorry to hear about health issues buddy chin up ;)

Grazy,

ply panels are held in by metal strips which are riverted along the sides. which it locates in and then the tension of the bend hods it in there. Then at the front and back of the sheets it is screwed up using self tappers and cup washers..

8) some nice solid work dood, great with that wood combo 8) Have you sealed the wood with anything? ;)
