Hey!

Just became the proud owner of my first Volkswagen Bus! Just picked it up yesterday, and drove it 225km from the seller to my house, which was a amazing journey =)

Its origin was in the swedish firedepartment, where I guess it served as a personal carrier. There are still a few buttons and knobs to prove this.. Which I think is pretty cool! Afterwards it was bought by a old swedish man, which restored it and installed the modern seats etc.

And now I brought it to Denmark.. And I couldnt be happier.. =)

It has only done 72.000km and is practicly rustfree, only a little surface damage from rocks ect.

It is my first car, although im 21 and a mechanic =)

Havent decoded the M-Plate yet, but according to the previous owner it is not original, but he was not sure..

Been to busy making place in my garage for the bus, its a bit tight with its company of three minis =)

Thanks for the welcome guys!

Great bus and welcome!

I used to own an ex-fire department late bay Kombi, with a very low mileage.

I grew up with a 1700 powered crossover in the family. Lovely engines. :D

Oh and I have a mini too, a 1967 Traveller. :)

Welcome and liking the interior in the rear 8) - what's it from :?:
