Hey!
Just became the proud owner of my first Volkswagen Bus! Just picked it up yesterday, and drove it 225km from the seller to my house, which was a amazing journey =)
Its origin was in the swedish firedepartment, where I guess it served as a personal carrier. There are still a few buttons and knobs to prove this.. Which I think is pretty cool! Afterwards it was bought by a old swedish man, which restored it and installed the modern seats etc.
And now I brought it to Denmark.. And I couldnt be happier.. =)
It has only done 72.000km and is practicly rustfree, only a little surface damage from rocks ect.
It is my first car, although im 21 and a mechanic =)
Best regards Jes!
