Looking good - what did you paint/spray your tinware and hx in?

i must point out the the timware in original so the qualitiy of fitting is... well spot on. The tinware, i has blasted and powdercoated (found a vey good one in Lincoln) to that super shine!!!!

The fanhousing and heat exchangers i sprayed with supergloss plasti coat. fairs very well with oil and knocks, not effected by the heat either.

CHEERS for the kind words guys, should have it fully built come the weekend... pics on the way.

Cheers

Rich

Finally after a year, i've finished my engine. Ran it in for 20mins @ 2000rpm. Bit scary, when all the work and money you've invested could go bang??? however the engine is a beaut!!!! ran really nice.

you missed a perfect oppotunity to fit a steel slider!

seriously tho top work, just be gentle with the welding and even gentler with the grinding!

Tintops rock!

Nice work there! tin tops is the ONLY way! 8)

thought bout the steel slider, though they never made them when mine was built.

welding is very carefully done, however the lead loading is gunna take a while, had a little go tonight after i cleaned her out for the weekend work ahead. do hate a messy start.... anyway lead.... fun.

have a picture but well out of focus..... only dabbed the lead on quickly to see if it would stick
