I've always been a big fan of Teledials and they look awesome under your bus! 8) Great job on the engine too. :D

Edit: One of my friends has Tele's on his Grawomobil late bay, I won't spoil this thread with a pic of it, but here's a direct link. 8)

VERY nice work there

looking at the first shot I was wondering how earlybay could cope with yet another light coloured US westy, but your attention to detail makes for a stand out model

the wheels in particular really make it imho

how big they are?

and i like to know, what engine you have in the bus.
 
just glad to find this forum, never saw such well built earlies. what can yer say, the brits do it again! :eek:
 
Hi guys thanks for the kind replies this is my first vw i have restored loads of other cars over the past 25years, from triumphs - tvr.But i must say i cannot beleave the rubbish sold on the vw scene
Here are some of my vans specs which i can remember
lowered front beam with ajusters
CSP front discs with porsche hubs
Creative rear ajustable spring plates(Fantastic bit of kit)
Creative porsche pattern rear hubs and brake drums
Rear later bay Hub parts and brakes
Porsche teledials 7/15 205/60/15 rear 195/50/15 front
Engine Fully rebuilt: AS21 block singleport heads
Doghose oilcooler
C.B. performance full flow oil cooler and tower breather box
Scat pulleys
Weber 34ict
CSP bellcrank linkage
Pertronix electronic ignition
Bluebird quitepack stainless steel exhaust
75 amp alternator coversion
Split charge relay with twin batteries
Scat quick shift
Tacho in original dash
Oil temp/pressure +ammeter vdo gauges
I,am sure there is plenty i have left off, but that can wait.

Sweet Bay, lovin' the Teledials, the small fogs, been after some of those for ages, where did you get them and that grill surround, i've only ever seen junk ones. Again beautiful bus.
