Need help from a UK friend!

There's an item on eBay I want to get for my bus, I've been looking for awhile and found it on eBay UK. Problem is the guy won't ship it to the states. Is there anyone in the UK that would be willing to get it and send it to me? The item is £40 plus shipping, I would send you more than that for doing this.
