I've got a 5 speed i've had sat in my garage which is going in and some 911 independant front strut's
But a new engine will have to wait :?

Sorry to here about the engine,
This bus is very similar to what I'm planning on building later this year.
I can't wait to see the front suspension set up you'll have get us up to date with lots of pictures as you go.

Even lookin like this the van looks loads better than most on the road, includng mine.

How easy and what did you do to convert your crosser to a removable rear valance, thinking about getting mine done for ease of access to the engine.

If your handy with a welder and grinder its a piece of piss!
Just cut out all of the stuff in the way and plate over then make a frame to carry a new outer rear panel,
then a couple of pieces of angle with four holes in to bolt the new rear panel to.
When i make another one (soon) i'll do a how to bit with pic's :)

I've based it around what Carrera Performance do on split's then adapted it to suit the bay chassis.

That is some serious fabrication there, I'm well impressed or should that read jealous
Is the rear going to be as good......

All the best Rob.

Bl@@dy hell there mate - some serious work going on and looks to be well solid - keep the updates coming

I've managed to bag a bargain set of wheels they'll go on the front but the rears are massive:shock:
The rear tubs will need some major modding to fit, what do you guys think? shall i go for it or pass them on?

These should stop it they will have 350mm discs all round :D

This is what the subframe looks like fitted, just got to wait 3-4 weeks to get the 911 struts back
as they are being converted to coil overs.
