Newbie says Hi!

Hi all - why didn't anyone tell me about this forum - its brilliant!!

about Me - OK - I have been into Volksies for years, owned several bugs and the 69 Bay I have now, love them - really love the sound and smell of an old dub! member of Vzi for a few years and just found this site via google (whilst looking for rust free doors actually) p.s. I totally do not get the Type 25 thing - sorry - not interested ! :?

about my bus -I bought it off a retired train driver in Crewe who had had it from new, brought his family up in it and wanted to let to go to a good home, knowing me and my passion for Volkswagens, I became the second owner in 2002. Unfortunatly its not mint but not ratty by any means,it has only done 89k with OG engine carb and runs great. Kids love it, wife loves it - what more could I want!?
