Here is a nice solution for those that have some nasty inside ears :mrgreen:

It's attached with 4 pieces of clear fisching line

Won't that just hold moisture against the inside where the mesh meets the metal work? Might accelerate the rusting in my opinion.

Looks better than my vents at the mo, got paint peeling off gonna need an arm like mr tickle to prep inside.

i was going to tape some wire wool to a stick and give it a scrub , it might work to a point and then spray it up after masking up the rest of the vent :|

I was gonna try one of them flexi gizmos that go on a drill
