66 1300 deluxe, totally stock and completly original, garaged all of its life and was a show room car for a VW repairshop. I picked it up in Liverpool this morning drove it 300 miles home never missed a beat cruising at 60 but doesnt like hills.

just minor surface rust in the tire compartment and a tiny bit on the passengers door. Its still 6volt and the engine looks like its never been driven

I'm looking for a 66 rust free N/S door if you have one kicking around? just want to replace rather than patch. Hes way to original to take a welder too.
