This is one of a series of manuals that VW produced covering all the workshop procedures for their vehicle range in the late 60s. It was only available to the official dealership/service centres.
This is the 1969 edition of the Body Manual, Part 2. Contents can be seen in the picture below.
The manual has about 240 pages but only about 100 are of Early Bay content - the rest concern Type 3/4, Ghia, K70 etc.
The Early Bay content consists of:
Heating & ventilation 8 pages.
Interior trim 19 pages.
Interior trim Campmobile 28 pages
Steel sliding roof 9 pages.
Front hinged roof Campmobile 12 pages.
Pop up roof Campmobile 10 pages.
Side hinged roof Campmobile 13 pages.
To be fair, a lot of this, but not all, is reproduced in the Bentley manual.
