Servo front disc brakes. The first year to have disc brakes up front!

• Converted headlights from LHD to RHD using brand new lights
• New German quality Tailgate seal
• New German quality Windscreen seal
• Converted Rear lights from US spec to UK
• Refurbished Front torsion arms
• Replaced all 4 front ball joints for new Febi ones.
• New track rods and track rod ends
• New sunvisors
• New kick panels
• New rear light lenses with chrome surrounds
• New Rear side reflectors
• New EMPI single quiet pack exhaust
• New Fan belt
• Heating works with original German heat exchangers
• Super solid underneath, welding work completed includes a small patch for the offside battery tray, a small patch in the main floor and a cab floor repair panel on the nearside.
• Oil change and service (New Plugs, Leads, Points, Dis cap and Rotor arm)
• Cleaned and tuned/adjusted the carburetter
• Professionally lowered 3 in using adjusters on the front beam and notched spring plates at the rear.

Mileage for those that have asked is: 33761

I cannot tell if this is the original mileage but I can tell you that the engine runs well and pulls strong. Does not smoke, bang or rattle.

Here are some pictures of the Drivers side, Engine bay and underneath.











 
Just to show how good it is underneath, this is a picture of the front beam before the adjusters were welded in. A spot had to be cleaned up before welding and I was amazed at how good the paint was underneath, almost like new! Underseal in dry climates does the trick :)
