Hi All,
At the moment I'm considering what to do with my bumpers..
The rear bumper wasn't in great shape as it had had a tow bar fitted to it, not the chassis - just the bumper! (South Africans - what you gonna do? )
The rear one had a few dings and dents and because I wanted the old towbar bolt holes filling its gone off to a body shop to weld/beat/filler and prime it for me.
When it comes back I was planning on spraying it with simple white Hammerite, the front bumper isn't too bad at all, therefore I was planning on just roughing it up and again using rattle can hammerite.
I'd like to know, will this give an OK finish or would I be better brush/roller painting maybe with some sanding inbetween coats?
The finish hasn't got to be concours by any stretch but I want it to at least look like I've made an effort!
Or any other Ideas appreciated!!
