There 4.5 J on the front and 5.5j on the rear .rears are et 25 fronts are et34 from memory .had to use 5mm spacers on the rear to allow the centre cap to clear the hub nut.

Now sporting a nice roof rack .It might not be my first choice of a HWE but I like the low profile stance and it's very well made .

Well thought I'd better show how the interior is coming on .Pretty happy so far with how the birch ply has shaped up.

Did you cut all the ply yourself, or was any of it a kit? What kind of ply did you use? (Sorry if that's a dumb question) It looks great!

My panel is full of carpet and I reckon it'd suit ply better....

Thought I'd add mine to the thread after mentioning ply...

It's a 1970 ex-Swiss Army radio van. Pretty original (apart from a distinct lack of radio equipment), working dual sirens and blue light and 54000km on the clock.

Hey duddlebug ,that's a super straight bus you have there .Im loving it !!! Ref my interior ply .No one seems to make a ply kit for a panel van or at least I couldn't find anyone .I ended up working out the measurements and sketching it out to scale then got someone to cut them out on there cnc .But it still took lots of trial fitting and sanding ,tweaking etc before I was happy with the end result you see. I should of made templates of each peice ,lol. I used 3.6mm for the head lining panels ,and all of the lower panels except the kick panels which I used 3mm as the 3.6 wouldn't bend enough .These also took quite a bit of tweaking trimming and re-tweaking .Im going to cover the rear full width r&r bed in Mexican blankets to brighten things up .But I'm happy with the finish .All birch ply by the way .Ive just finished the floor which is ready for a removable Matt made of sisel .
Will post more pics soon .
Cheers
Ja
