B*gger - got a day to sort out insurance for the van!! Who was it on here that does insurance - sure-something? Any others to try?
Got to take a guess at the value of my van aswell - very early (67) 68 Bay, Canterbury Pitt, pretty original etc - not been on the market for 17 years - what is a good figure to start at for a quote, even if I get an agreed value later!
Sorry - I know these are common questions.....

Thanks guys - I know it is a common question, and every quote if different, but at least it gives me a starting point. I'll take a guess on value of van at about 5k for quote purposes...

Update so far FYI:
Adrian Flux: £125 plus £75 full Euro/UK breakdown, based on 3000 miles
Footman James : £139 incl all above...

Ah - just been corrected by Footman James - if the vehicle is over 30 years old, its either 1500 limited, or unlimited, so the quote I got is unlimited after all...

brilliant, thanks to reading this i got my crewcab insured agreed valuation with uk/euro breakdown cover for £175. Adrian flux did it along with my 2 daily drivers(classics too) for £500. im well chuffed :D
