i am considering lowering my 71 bay for 2 reasons it's an inch too tall to get in my garage and secondly I'd like it to sit a little lower as it looks particularly high on the front end. My question is I'm considering lowering the front 2.5 inches using French slammer dropped spindles anyone any experience of these spindles and do I automatically have to lower the rear 2.5 inches? When I look at my van it looks as though the rear could be lowered a little less. Cheers

I put 2.5 dropped spindles on my 72, and an adjustable beam too as I had it all apart anyway. Now the rear sits too high, so will be lowering the rear to match. Not sure if this photo shows it, the only one i have at hand. (Can't post photos here as it says the board attachment quota has been reached. Link to my local site and pics

Hi Tatie2468, did you ever lower your front end?

Reason I ask is, I have a lowered front end on my 72 crossover and I want to go to standard height.
Might be a swap in the offing if you fancy it? :?:

That's how she sits at the moment
