no progress other than more cleaning and tracking down parts.not having the van in a workshop in the U.K with our weather...i forgot about how much rain we get when ive got so much to do :lol:

well its been a while and not much progress!! had a few other projects on and really busy at work along with the rest of the world obsticles!! done a little bit and still building the parts selection :lol:

this was cut out for the steering rack conversion as the developers used this van...

bit crusty..

back on the bus as off tomorrow.plans are to get the engine running on the bench and if all is well spray engine bay once battery is welded and put engine and gearbox in then rear lights.one thing at a time i suppose :lol:
but the race is on with mr dubscum to ninove in march :roll:

haha dont worry about that ash,had no luck with the engine think its the wrong starter motor.it turned over ok but no sush luck!welding tomorrow to cheer me up :lol:

well started at 8 this morning!!cargo floor is done.seat locking plates cut out and new floor welded in.new battery tray in and engine bay resprayed :mrgreen: not a bad hit list.rear lights in too and even hit the rear corner with a dab of t cut :shock:
will try and get all the pics up but my phone is :evil: .....

i cut the rear 2 locking plates out and the outer 2 on the cargo floor and replaced with new corregate sheet :mrgreen:

battery tray

new tray in and some bashing about as rear corner as been stoved in at some point :lol:

quite happy with result just need to spray the tank cover now

cut this out and replaced

and hit it with a bit of polish

trying to damage as little of the paint as possible as iam loving the digustingness of it :lol:
