Rear Gear Shift Linkage

Hi all mine failed yesterday, after a recommendation on were to buy new, heard mix reviews as some are poor quality new.

I had a new one in the garage but must of been approx 18-20 years old and just crumbled as if it was made from wax.

That looks similar to the CSP coupler but a bit cheaper in price.

Interested. Do you know if they are the same as a bus linkage? Mines a '72.

The rear gearbox coupler is the same for 65> Beetles, 68-79 Bays and 64> Type 3s.
