Hi guys

I am fed up of waiting for Klassicfab and Autocraft to do late bay rear arches and I need a RHS for my resto ASAP. I managed to get an OG cut for the LHS but am running out of time for the RHS as van is going for paint in Feb 14.

I do not want to put a klokkencrappen arch on the van as every other panel I have replaced has been NOS or OG cut.

Can anyone see any reason why I can't buy an Autocraft 68-70 rear arch and weld in an OG late bay lip (which I have saved after stupidly cutting up too much of my original outer skin to get access to repair the inner tub).

I have never owned an early earlybay (68-70) but it seems to me that the only difference is the more flared lip of the outer and corresponding flared tub lip which it joins to.

All opinions and advice greatly appreciated!

Ta

Seems logical to me. By the time you've skimmed it with filler and shaped it, only you will know. Get it done. Good luck.

Sometimes schofield have nos complete panel from arch up to window rim thing.... But different petrol cap area??

am tempted but too big too post I think...
