Hi folks, I am in the process of replacing the front section of my westy headliner (baltic birch) please can anyone recommend a good sound proofing material or supplier. ps I am in south london. Thanks in advance. HWKE.
 
I have used Fat Mat..... From e-bay heat up and roll on sticks like the proverbial s##t to a blanket... Bit on the pricey side though... Here's a pic of it on

Miles at Jack Hammer sells Dynamat. He's in Farnbrough, but does mail order. By the way, you dont need to completely cover everything, one piece in the middle of the panel will do the job.
