red 9 adjustments

would i be right in saying that to adjust a red nine its just a case of jacking up and adjusting the coil over. im guessing id have to get the tracking checked afterwards? cheers in advance! steve.

Yeah,
You can use a C-Spanner to adjust the spring (height) and the adjuster on the shock to adjust the damping (hard or softer ride).

on my golf the lower i go on my coilies the more my wheels toe out so idealy if you lower the front of your van you would need to have the tracking altered or your van will handle like poo
