Selling this as we no longer use it. Does have a small (about inch) tear in the skirt that attaches to the van. Doesn't effect the main awning. Heavy duty rubber coated roof. Affraid this is the only photo I can find of it. Can put up & take more photo's if anyone is genuinely interested.
