removal of grease stains and mildew from dormy roof canvas

hi Peeps, Moonbus has been in for breakdown costings for bodywork resto , and while i wait for the estimate to come through and save i am set on a little tlc inside.
The inside of the original roof canvas has some mildew and grease stains , wondering what the best thing to use to remove these? any tips
Hot soapy water just doesnt touch it.

Grease - a bit of white spirit on a cloth - though if its soaked into the plastic it will improve it but not remove it completely.

Mildew/mould - nail brush - some liquid soap from the washing machine (bleach will do it too if you can stand the smell).

thanks tricky 2.. was bit concerned about using anything that would damage the canvas , tis 42 yrs old afterall
