Mine is wired up from the fusebox as the OG radio would have been and is switched on/off via the ignition. Although I have added a switch to override the ignition for when camping and I want the stereo on without frying the coil.[/q

How do you do this as thinking of doing the same?

I bought a 2 way toggle switch from eBay with 3 connectors, one is the switched 12v from the fusebox (ignition) one is the ignition wire on the head unit the other is the 12v from the leisure battery, so it's either getting 12v from the leisure battery to keep it switched on or from the ignition when the bus is running depending on the switch position.
