Morning guys.

Does anyone use RH Insurance for their cover?

If so, any feedback on them, in particular their agreed value process and timescales?

Cheers.

Yep - been with them for 5 years
Great service although have only used them for recovery purposes rather than a full on claim.
Have unlimited mileage and agreed valuation - sorted through Clem on here writing me a report on my bus.
Once they recieved the appraisal from Clem it took no time at all for them to agree the valuation.
Ive just renewed for another year at under £190

Brilliant, thank you. I note they are a trading name of Hiscox, who are 1st rate at home Insurance, so was thinking of trying them for motor. They won't be the cheapest, but if they give the service I think they will, it'll be worth the extra spend. [emoji1360]

yip been with them for 10+years , used them European breakdowns a couple of times with no issues - never even looked going anywhere else got my trekker and bus on same policy with agreed value on bus , got a valuation from Clem

Thanks for the feedback.

I've both vans with Herts (JK Ins). But I'm fed up of the valuation process, how slow it is and how basically poor the communication is. Took me 3 months of chasing last time.

I like the idea of a single independent valuation (i.e. Clem) and then submit and done.

I know Hiscox who own RH are one of the best in the industry, hence why I'm thinking of swapping to them. They may not be the cheapest, and in terms of hassle, I'm thinking they'll be worth the extra few quid.

Cheers guys.

I have just insured mine with RH. Saved me £40 on my renewal price. Happy days

Insurance is great. Recovery is hit and miss as it's put out to local contractors... 9 hours from lakes(it's 1.5 hours away)
However different breakdown operator was great
And yes we got our money's worth last year. 4 breakdowns😣 but renewal has gone down
