Roof bars???

Does any one make roof bars for a camper?
Was reading another thread on roof racks and it got me thinking, for our family car (ford focus) we have roof bars and a Thule top box for when we go away. If someone made roof bars for a camper it would enable us to use the Roof box and save space inside ans would be a lot cheaper than a roof rack, might not look as good but hey ho.

I just took a pair of Thule locking roof bars off mine, so they definitely do ones to fit -

The only thing i haven't thought of, is how do i get up there to fit / open / close the roof box?
