Rusted screws - how do i remove the hinge?

Hello all
I have a cooker unit with a swing out hinge on it but I want to remove the hinge.
Problem is that on both sides the screws are toatally rusted and so have no head left for the screwdriver. I thought if i just forced it off I'd wreck the wood.....so how do I get it off please?

You'll need to drill the heads off the screws and then use pliers/mole grips to remove the screw shank after the hinge is off.
