Shift rod vs front beam

Hi is anybody else having problems with the shift rod rubbing on a lowered front beam of so is there a fix

yes I did - had to 'section' the shift rod wasn't easy...

wagenwest put the top adjuster 180 degrees round so it's on the front.

create a U shape

so you chop a section out and create a u around the bit it fouls, as long as the rod remains the same length and the u section keeps the ends in the same place it works fine....

I just bent mine a bit so that it cleared the adjuster bolt. Been working fine for 6 months plus.

Mark the section that is fouling and then lay on something flat and beat with a hammer! (lightly) worked for me
