Should I buy '68 doors for my 1970 bus?

As the subject says really, good nick '68 doors seem to be significantly cheaper than '70 ones so is there any major difference that should stop me from buying a pair??

No you shouldnt, different door handles, different lock mech etc, you'll need to modify them to suit

Post mid 70'sdoors will require some work as well due to the hinges/check straps but is easy enough.
