I rearly like your Mk1 super burner. That's the same as the one i had when i was a kid

Nice bikes boys, i wish i still had my old BMX's. Brings back memories of the Ultra Burner i had. But i miss the Yamaha BYZ 501 the most......i gave that one away!!

Out of interest how much would an old school Amacco be worth nowadays? I know where a couple are.

I think my mate had a Yamaha BYZ 501. You must have been the only 2 in the country. Heavy old beasts if i remember rightly. Price on Amaccos depends like all BMX on model, spec, condition and originality

had this as a kid,got 2nd hand i think,went to clear my dads old lock up out around 7yrs agoand there it was! was well happy,had it blasted and powder coated,still need a pad for the top bar tho! wish now id of kept it rat. gets loads of attention especially at euro shows.[/img]

How about this. It's a Mirra 540 air. Probably doesn't qualify as a "true retro" - as it's only 6 or more years old!

I've also got a red Mongoose Menace Pro (about 3+ years old I think).

Saving both of these for when the kids get older

Mushroom grips, ACS Z rims, Beartrap pedals...... all cooooool stuff i saved for as a kid. Nothing much changed really, just accesorising a VW instead now. Do we ever grow up? :roll:

Gonna try and scan some pics in of my PK Ripper - spent every penny I could lay my hands on over 3 years from 83 to 86 building it - spent a bloody fortune! - I can remember the F&F costing about £250 then! - Will never ever forgive myself for flogging it in 89 for £50 to get cash to go to college - what an idiot!!
