1968 RHD custom lowered Dormobile
One of the straightest bays I’ve ever seen, and so much fun to drive
Body work
(Within the last 18 months it has had)
All rust cut out and new metal fabricated to fit.
New front passenger arch
Complete smooth front end.
Indicators relocated to front bumper
Full respray, top and bottom.
Bell pans cut off and all chassis repairs done using heavy duty steel.
Brand new belly pans, now bolted onto brackets welded onto outriggers (so belly pans can be removed if preferred)
Brand new outriggers
Brand new Jacking points
All of the chassis has been waxoiled as have the body panels.
All new door and window seals
Engine
Brand new 1600 engine (2.5 years ago) that has only done 6k miles
Twin webber 34 ict’s
All new Fuel hose and HT Leads
Pertronix ignitor coil
Pertronix ignitor electronic ignition,
4 into 1 header and SS 2 1/2 Turbo muffler from Speedshop
I have installed J tubes but I still have heat exchangers that can go with the van
Very reliable Engine that runs sweet as a nut and will sit at 65-70 with no problems.
Interior
3/4 width rock and roll bed
All interior panels are present, covered and soundproofed.
Front seats are recaro and very comfy (Could probably do with re-covering)
Sound proofed and damp proofed flooring
Autogauge gauges for monitoring (Oil Temperature) (Oil Pressure) (Battery voltage)
Autometer Tachometer
EMPI Gear Shifter
In dash DVD player and 7†flip out screen + infinity speakers
Misc
White Empi 5 alloys with knockoffs
Full length Rag Top
3 Bow JK Roof Rack
Smoked rear windows
