Lots of companies out there that sells this stuff, mostly original too.
These components aren't cheap though, so if you have to replace all the moving components on both sliding doors, then you'll need a second mortgage

Like he said! Custom and Commercial do complete hinges but sit down before looking at price! otherwise its autojumbles...got a complete RHD one myself recently at Bus Types for £20!

You can get most of the parts so you can re-build them, I'd do that unless they are totally shagged
yeah i just did the rear bushes, latches and roller bearings, plastic guides, all from just kampers, greased all up and it works great.
